Good leadership starts with self-awareness, which led us to align our leadership pathways with psychologist Daniel Goleman’s thinking around emotional intelligence.  EQ or EI bring together the domains of self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills and relationship management.  Our courses blend this theory and model and bring it to life through reflections, discussions, team building and other experiential activities. This way, participants can easily connect the theory with the day-to-day practical tools.

With emotional intelligence as the foundation, we offer several leadership courses in different formats. They all map to the NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Business (Team Leadership).
