The feedback from the guys has been great and some of them are just fizzing. I am amazed at how far some of them have progressed during the course. They seem more motivated and confident. There is a more defined understanding of what leadership is and how this can have an effect on their crews. I am looking to keep their project moving in the right direction with the support from our Branch.
It is really motivating as a manager to hear your staff excited about what they have learnt and how they are going to use these skills moving forward.
