Graduates from this programme will be able to:
- Identify characteristics of respected leaders from their own Pacific culture and context
- Present a leadership role model to the group
- Set goals for their own leadership development
- Understand servant leadership and how to apply this in own leadership practice using empathy and humility
- Reflect on motivation factors at work
- Use coaching tools to manage and lead others
- Apply a framework for difficult conversations to a workplace setting
- Build confidence to complete an online learning module
Format
How we deliver this programme for your organisation is flexible depending on your needs. Groups of 6-10 learners are ideal to work through a 16-18 hour programme together.
It can be delivered in weekly blocks of 2 hours or a more intensive programme such as 4-hour blocks, as you prefer. Training delivery is on-site at your organisation and we can deliver this programme throughout New Zealand.
