About the role of Programme Co-ordinator

Reporting to the two Company Directors, this role will involve managing key client, learner and tutor relationships in the context of workplace training programmes and in particular workplace literacy and numeracy projects. ‘

  • Training Administration such as:
    • Ensuring all set-up tasks related to the training progamme are completed
    • Monitoring key programme deliverables
    • Compiling qualitative milestone reports
    • Scheduling and coordinating stakeholder review meetings
    • Developing and monitoring delivery of sustainability initiatives
  • Training Support such as:
    • Responsible for induction training for new tutors
    • Assist in identifying development opportunities for Tutors
    • Further training opportunities with existing clients
    • Identify opportunities to promote Upskills via social media

Some National travel may be required from time to time.

You will make good use of your common sense, apply a sense of urgency with an eye for detail and be a dedicated team player who isn’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get involved!

Skills & Experience required

  • NCALNE or other Adult Education qualification desirable
  • Competent in MS office suite
  • Able to work autonomously and multi-task
  • Have an innovative and solution focused approach
  • Understanding of bicultural practices
  • Understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
